§ Mr. Garel-JonesWe are trying to find out more about the case of Father Ventura Lux. We have raised our concerns about human rights with the Guatemalan authorities on a number of occasions. We believe President Serrano is seeking to improve matters. But, in the circumstances of Guatemala, he faces a difficult task. We will continue to press for improvements.
