§ Mr. MacleanThe sale associated with delivery and the acquisition of unauthorised fuels for use in a smoke control area are already offences under the Clean Air Act 1968. We propose to introduce a ban on the straightforward retail sale of such fuel in smoke control areas as soon as possible.
