§ Mr. Archie HamiltonIt has been invariable practice of successive British Governments neither to confirm nor to deny the presence of nuclear weapons in specific locations at specific times. We are, however, willing to make clear that it is no longer our practice to deploy tactical nuclear weapons on board Royal Navy ships.
