§ Mr. AtkinsI am pleased to announce that, following a thorough feasibility study, the Government have decided that an executive agency should be set up within the Department of the Environment (Northern Ireland) to carry out the work of driver and vehicle licensing in Northern Ireland.
The detailed planning for agency status is already under way and the target launch date is 1 April 1993.
