HC Deb 13 May 1992 vol 207 c129W
33. Mr. Illsley

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he has any proposals to streamline the operation of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 in relation to properties which formerly enjoyed Crown immunity.

Mr. Maclean

No, Sir. Under the Environmental Protection Act, properties which formerly enjoyed Crown immunity are subject to the same administrative arrangements as any other property. There is no need to streamline them.
