§ Dr. MawhinneyWith a reformed and better-resourced health service, we are improving the identification of need and the delivery of its services so that they are more responsive to variations in health. Our forthcoming health strategy will extend to wider influences on health and lead to practicable initiatives which are sensitive to those variations.
