§ Mr. Heseltine[holding answer 12 March 1992]: The London regional office's budget for pay and day-to-day running costs, excluding accommodation which is centrally funded, was £3.184 million for 1991–92. Forecast actual expenditure for the year is £3.092 million. The budget for 1992–93 has not been finalised.
