§ Mr. KeyMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has today announced a grant of up to £22 million to Central Manchester development corporation towards the cost of the Manchester concert hall, which is part of the Great Bridgewater initiative. The concert hall will provide a much needed new home for the Hallé orchestra and is central to the Great Bridgewater regeneration initiative.
