§ Mr. Michael Forsyth[holding answer 9 March 1992]: Having consulted extensively on the recommendations of the child care law review, we shall take them into account along with the recommendations of the Orkney and Fife inquiries and the review of residential child care, when we come to prepare a White Paper later this year. The White Paper will set out our proposals for a range of reforms in the field of child care.
