§ Mr. LeighBickershaw colliery is within an area eligible for RECHAR grants. The allocation of grants to individual projects within eligible areas is a matter for the programme committees.
Applications for grants under the Lancashire RECHAR programme should be sent to the office of the Department of Trade and Industry in Manchester.
