§ Mr. MaplesAt grade levels 1 to 7 in the home civil service the proportion of women has increased from 7 per cent. in 1984 to 12.1 per cent. in 1991. Because of the changes that have taken place in the grade structure of the civil service comparable data before 1984 are not available.
