§ Mr. Kenneth BakerEuropean drug prevention week will take place on 16 to 22 November, and we shall be playing a full and active part. This initiative was proposed by the United Kingdom, and has been taken up by all our EC partners. In the United Kingdom, a wide range of national, regional and local events is being planned with the overall objective of raising awareness of the dangers of drug and solvent misuse, especially among young people.
