§ Mrs. ChalkerWe are discussing an economic reform orientated training project with the Vietnamese Government. The cost is not yet settled, but is likely to be of the order of £1 million over three to four years. We are also continuing our support for non-governmental organisation projects, for which we have committed £1.86 million since May 1990. Many of these NGO projects have a practical training component.
