§ Mr. GummerEC regulation 866/90 has been fully implemented in the United Kingdom and the first round of awards was approved by the Commission on 13 December 1991. This allocated grants totalling £15.2 million to 53 marketing and processing projects in the redmeat, pigment, milk, horticulture, potatoes, cereals, protein crops, poultry and egg sectors. The first claims for grant have only recently been received and are now being checked before payment.
