asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will either de-list certain constructions at London Zoo, or provide funds for their maintenance to an acceptable standard.

The Department of the Environment has not received a request to de-list any of the listed buildings at London Zoo. Maintenance of the buildings is a matter for the Zoological Society of London.
