§ Mr. LangIn accordance with Government policy, my Department keeps pay and grading structures under review. Internal review teams check on grading as part of annual reviews across my Department, but over the last 12 months no reviews of pay have been carried out in my Department, including in executive agencies, by either internal or external review teams.
