§ Mr. AllenTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Security how many awards of attendance allowance were backdated in each of the years 1988–89, 1989–90, 1990–91 and 1991–92 under regulation 9 of the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations, where a claim for income support has been treated as a claim for attendance allowance.
