To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will seek improved relations with Libya.

There can be no prospect of any improvement in relations with Libya until Libya complies with Security Council resolution 731 which endorsed the demands made by the United States, United Kingdom and France on 27 November.
