§ Mr. Garel-JonesAt the high level meeting of the United Nations Security Council on 31 January, we successfully proposed that the Secretary-General prepare a major report, by the first of July, in the United Nation's work in preventive diplomacy, peacemaking and peacekeeping. We shall contribute ideas to it.
