§ Mrs. ChalkerRihand power station and the Hindustan zinc mine and smelter in India are two of Britain's largest aid projects involving £200 million of grant aid. I attended ceremonies in India last month to mark the successful completion of both. The projects have already achieved record levels of production and include the latest emission control technology of its time.
