§ Mr. Peter LloydThe staffing levels which will be required when the channel tunnel opens will depend upon the nature and frequency of the services which will use it at that time and the estimated passenger volumes. These are matters about which officials are in touch with the service operators, but it is still too early to put a figure on the staffing requirement.
