§ Mr. FormanAllocations direct to colleges are expected to account for about two thirds of the £25 million transitional funding to be made available to the Further Education Funding Council in 1992–93. The balance will be required to meet the running costs of the council and the costs of supporting colleges' preparations for incorporation on a national basis.
