§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleThe whole of part I of the Road Traffic Act 1991 will come into force on 1 July, with the exception of the provisions already in force and sections 41 and 42—variation of parking charges—which have yet to come into force. Schedules 1 and 2 and various consequential amendments and repeals will also come into force on that date.
