To ask the Secretary of State for Defence when he expects to complete the review of the Queen's Harbour Master's responsibilities lying outside Portsmouth harbour.

Consideration of the future requirements for the dockyard port has only just started. If it is decided to seek changes to the dockyard port order, we shall consult local marine interests and the length of the review will depend very much on the response we receive.
