§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe know-how fund for central and eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union is going extremely well. Some £82 million has now been spent or committed to well over 400 projects. Other western Governments are using our know-how fund as a model for their own.
A list of the activities approved since the beginning of 1992 under the know-how fund has been placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
