§ Baroness Chalker of WallaseyThe Know How Fund for Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union is going extremely well. Some £82 million has now been spent or committed to well over 400 projects. Other Western governments are using our Know How Fund as a model for their own.
A list of the activities approved since the beginning of 1992 under the Know How Fund has been placed in the Libraries of the House.
