§ Mr. NorrisThe consultative forum had an introductory meeting in May to discuss a work programme. The second meeting has been fixed for July. The purpose of the forum is not to reach conclusions about deregulation, but to provide the Government with a variety of views, which we can take into account in formulating detailed plans for the introduction of deregulation.
