§ Mr. Leigh[holding answer 23 June 1992]: Customers of South Wales Electricity will continue to be able to pay their bills at post offices. The only change which has occurred is that this work is now negotiated centrally by Post Office Counters, rather than individually by sub-postmasters on their own account. Such operational matters are the responsibility of the Post Office board.
