§ Mr. MacleanThe United Kingdom, with other member states, has agreed that the Community should support a quantitative limit on HCFC consumption, together with controls on use and a phase out date. The Community's proposal for HCFC controls is one of the issues to be discussed at the meeting of the Montreal protocol open-ended working group between 8 and 17 July.
