HL Deb 24 June 1992 vol 538 c33WA
Baroness Fisher of Rednal

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will give consideration to commissioning through the National Health Services Agency a building design suitable for the future health care of seriously mentally ill patients who cannot be cared for in the community.

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health (Baroness Cumberlege)

Careful consideration will be given to commissioning a specialist building design if the need cannot be met by the normal arrangements between the NHS Estates Agency and its NHS customers.
