§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe Health and Safety Executive's offshore safety division has no plans to base any of its operations or staff in Edinburgh. Its operational base for the northern basin of the United Kingdom continental shelf is in Aberdeen. On 1 June 1992, however, HSE's field operations division had 95 staff located in Edinburgh.
