§ Mr. Charles WardleI understand from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis that a total of 63 traffic wardens operate in the area covering the London borough of Waltham Forest as well as parts of the London boroughs of Epping and Redbridge. No decision has been made about increasing the figure after the introduction of red routes.
