§ Mr. GoodladTwo British diplomats, including a first secretary from our embassy in Peking, visited Tibet between 16 and 25 May. They visited Lhasa and Shigatze. They carried out a programme of calls on the local authorities, focusing on human rights, consular matters and economic development.
