§ Mr. AingerTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) for what reasons the publication of Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution's report on burning orimulsion at Pembroke has been delayed from its planned publication date of 29 May;
(2) when the report by Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution on the proposed burning of orimulsion at Pembroke power station will be published.
§ Mr. Gwilym JonesI understand Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution requires additional information from National Power to assist it in determining the company's application. The company has agreed to extend the determination period until 30 September.
