§ Mr. MacleanThe National Rivers Authority programme for ameliorating low flows in certain rivers is being discussed with the relevant water companies. There is continuing discussion of the programme between the NRA and the Department in the context of the annual corporate plan on which grant-in-aid decisions are based.
