§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleI have no plans to review the eligibility criteria. New regulations were introduced on 2 March following a major review which looked at all aspects of the scheme, including the eligibility criteria. It would be premature to contemplate any further changes until we see how the new regulations are working.
