§ Mr. Archie HamiltonTables of annual pay rates for members of the armed forces are contained in the 21st report of the review body on armed forces pay, Cm 1815, for ranks up to brigadier, and the 14th report on top salaries, Cm 1413, for ranks above brigadier. The Government have implemented in full the recommendations contained in both reports. The Ministry of Defence does not have equivalent figures for the armies of other North Atlantic Treaty Organisation member states.
