§ Mr. Peter LloydThe table gives information on the offences of indecency between males by a man of the age of 21 or over with another male person under the age of 21 —Sexual Offences Act 1956, section 13 as amended by the Sexual Offences Act 1967, section 3(2). These convictions did not necessarily involve fully consensual behaviour.
Information on the numbers currently serving a custodial sentence in a prison service establishment in England and Wales for this offence is not presently available centrally.
