§ Mr. BurtThe information requested is not held. Under the Social Security (Mortgage Interest Payments) Act 1992 help with mortgage interest will in the future be paid automatically to qualifying lenders. The Council of Mortgage Lenders has given an assurance that it will not seek possession when the mortgage interest due is covered by direct payment.
