Mr. McNamara

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (1) on how many occasions his Department has written to the Director of Public Prosecutions drawing the attention of the Director of Public Prosecutions to the value of work done for his Department by individuals against whom the Director of Public Prosecutions is evaluating evidence with the intention of deciding to prosecute;

(2) whether he will publish the letter sent by his Department to the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland before the final decision to prosecute Mr. Nelson outlining Mr. Nelson's services for the security forces in Northern Ireland.
