§ Mr. BaldryThe main provisions of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 have already been implemented. Following further public consultations, my right hon. and learned Friend proposes to make orders and regulations giving effect to the remaining provisions in the summer and autumn of 1992, as follows:
Early Summer
- Notices etc. of applications for planning permission—(section 16)
- Land of interested planning authorities and development by them—(section 20)
Mid Summer
- Remaining enforcement provisions—(sections 2, 4 (part) and 10)
- Demolition of buildings—(section 13)
Autumn
- Remaining provisions on Planning obligations—(section 12, (Schedules 106A and 106B))
- Simplified planning zones—(section 28).
