§ Mr. BattleTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will show the social fund budgets for all offices in the Leeds metropolitan district for grants and loans for each year since 1988 both at real prices and at 1992 prices showing the percentage increase or decrease on the 1988 allocation.
§ Mr. ScottThe administration of the social fund is a matter for Mr. Michael Bichard, the chief executive of the 489W Benefits Agency. He will write to the hon. Member and copies will be placed in the Library and the Public Information Office.
