§ Mr. EggarTwo power stations in England, at Ince in Cheshire and Richborough in Kent have permission under legislation preceding the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to burn limited amounts of orimulsion. Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution is considering two applications for authorisations in respect of proposals to burn orimulsion at Pembroke power station in Wales and Padiham power station in Lancashire, England. The electricity supply industry in Scotland and Northern Ireland are matters respectively for the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland.
