§ Mr. AtkinsThe transmission and public electricity supply licence published on 31 March 1992, contains a number of financial incentives to encourage NIE plc to promote energy efficiency. The most significant of these is the imposition of a total revenue cap on NIE plc's transmission and distribution business. Copies of the licence are available in the Library.
