§ Mr. CurryThe deliberate encirclement of dolphins in order to catch the yellow fin tuna with which they shoal is a practice carried out by purse-seine fishermen in the eastern tropical Pacific. This method is not used by the 321W United Kingdom fleet or, as far as is known, by the fleets of other member states, none of which fish for yellow fin tuna in that area.
