§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonFollowing a review of the urban programme, revised eligibility and priority criteria under which financial support can be given were published on 20 February 1992. Police authorities are eligible to apply for capital and current funding under the urban programme. Projects that supplement main programmes and other provisions under statutory obligations, or duplicate programmes of other agencies, will be ineligible.
