§ Mr. Robin SquireA publication "Standard Spending Assessment Handbook 1992/93" has been produced to provide details of the standard spending assessment of each local authority. Copies of the publication have today been placed in the Libraries of both Houses. Copies are also being sent to every local authority in England and to the local authority associations.
