§ Mr. Peter LloydI have no reason to believe that the current arrangements whereby emergency telephone calls are routed through the public telephone operators are unsatisfactory. Exceptionally, fire control ex-directory numbers may be made available by a chief fire officer to high-risk establishments and to emergency alarm receiving companies at their expense in order to receive calls directly in the brigade area.
