§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe purpose of the Allegiance Exchange exercise was to test and exercise the operational and logistic capabilities of the Allied Command Europe Mobile Force (AMF) northern contingent and allow NATO to demonstrate solidarity by the efficient deployment, employment and subsequent redeployment of the force.
