§ Mr. AtkinsI wrote to the chairman of the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company on 1 June, asking to be reassured that the board had been able to cast its net sufficiently widely before a decision was taken on approval of any appointment as chairman. I also asked if the board would be prepared to make at least three names available for consideration.
